Lisa Lacombe

Lisa has lived and breathed health care administration and practice management her entire career.  Because of her engaged and approachable manner she has fostered strong relationships with governing bodies such as the Ministry of Health and OntarioMD.  Lisa listens; she loves meeting with physicians and learning about their needs and their practice style in order to find the right match.  And, well, she’s good at it, having lived through and operated in a leadership capacity in multiple health care facilities.  Have a question about Patient Enrollment Models or billing issues?  She’s your person.

Joanne has spent the majority of her career in the global nuclear health care industry. Her expertise in developing corporate strategy has successfully led transformation initiatives to accelerate business outcomes; her passion for patient care has motivated her to focus on local health care. She brings the buzz words to the group; leansigma, change management, acquisitions, operational leadership (are you sleeping now?).  Whether its a new clinic build or patient programming, Joanne's quick to identify the needs and determine an effective path forward all while working with the group to achieve the desired outcome.

Our team shares a desire to drive patient care.  We are all from rural areas where access to physicians has been limited.  We have families.  We have the skills, the network and the team to bring change; to bring physicians; to better the primary health care experience – one clinic at a time.

Donna Sarrazin

Donna has a strong voice for change.  She is an entrepreneur who is community minded and efficiency driven.  From running small businesses to directing teams and leading change initiatives at CHEO, Donna gains her unlimited energy in knowing that she is making a difference.  She is a registered nurse, expert communicator and keen negotiator.  Her problem solving often comes in the form of a process map; this likely drives her ability to quickly understand and address complex issues. She’s lived through multiple successful clinic builds, with more to come.
